If you have a technical question regarding a Beelucid product please first try our FAQ or the online Documentation. If these resources do not answer your question then send an e-mail to Beelucid Support.

If you believe you have found a bug then please send an e-mail to Beelucid Bugs. Please include

the Beelucid product error message and/or the complete stack trace (if applicable),

the Beelucid product version,

the JVM (vendor and version) and

the operating system,

a short test case replicating the problem (if possible).

Otherwise if you

have an enhancement request,

like aspects of the Beelucid product or

dislike aspects of the Beelucid product
